Bio

Vojtech Vegh is a zero-waste, plant-based chef and author of the book Surplus: The Food Waste Guide for Chefs. In 2018, he opened the world’s first zero-waste and vegan restaurant in Cambodia, and now his work is focused on helping other chefs reduce their food waste through courses, masterclasses, and consulting.
