Thanks for your interest in purchasing a (no VAT*) "Bespoke Event Marketing Package" with Pitch Lounge for €1,250.
Package Components:
1. 23k weekly Pitch Lounge newsletter feature during Expo months (plus one dedicated email campaign to all our subscribers), plus other tracked email campaigns to groups of target leads
2. Select LinkedIn social media posting within our community groups (4k+ members), other public posts, and/or messaging campaigns to drive select traffic to the event registration page(s)
3. Event Listing on the Wix/Pitch Lounge website (with a redirect link to Luma where we can have the pre-approvals system) + Landing Page on Pitch Lounge website
4. A Luma event page listing on the Pitch Lounge calendar (in collaboration with your company and with your event team added as event admins who can see, and approve (or reject) registrations
5. Adding a checkbox/event reg link to ALL our lead gen forms on our website (we have many regarding our in-person, online, and hybrid events throughout the year)
6. WhatsApp Group Marketing (e.g. our UAE Foodpreneurs Collective Community has close to 1k members, and we're members of many relevant startup, investment, and F&B related WhatsApp groups where the admins are happy for us to post about our events and/or where we have a cross-marketing relationship
7. Support with the production of graphics/branding of the event (once you provide us design direction, collaterals, and event logistics...we can design drafts and get approval on event listing posters, flyer, and required social media assets)
8. We can cross-marketing other initiatives of yours (not only the event) on all our posts/comms at Pitch Lounge, not only on the posts about the event

*VAT ISSUES:
Make sure to use your business name, address, and email when purchasing (and insert your business invoicing address) the pitch package product (it is not possible to charge 0% VAT** to individuals, only companies)
IF your business is registered in Germany/EU, then email accounts@pitchlounge.net to be issued with a special invoice instead. If US-based (in terms of your computer IP), please read the extra note below.

EU startups also have the option to request an invoice (VAT-free, utilising the reverse charge mechanism).

IMPORTANT:
**US companies might be charged VAT at varying levels depending on their state (as this payment gateway is a WIX website, and thus US-registered).

Bespoke Event Marketing Package
Refunds are not available on this product.
However, if your availability changes or an emergency arises, it is possible to postpone your pitch to another Food-related event of ours (taking place 6-10+ per year) OR we instead offer the option for you to send us a pre-recorded pitch video that we play at the event and then will send you the live panelist feedback within one week of the event.
Discounts are only available for select startups in exceptional circumstances.
All tickets include taxes and fees, and will be issued with a business receipt/invoice.
Look out for bundled startup support packages, discounted complementary services, and also service offerings from our panelists.
Disclaimer: No event-related introduction/success fees are charged to pitching startups; however, separate fundraising campaign packages involving a retainer plus success fee are available (email info@pitchlounge.net for further details).
