About The Flow Fest
​The Flow Fest is a community-led celebration of wellbeing, creativity, and connection — designed as an open and welcoming space for individuals and families to come together in nature.

Set in Dubai Creek Park, the festival brings a carefully curated mix of movement, mindful experiences, creative expression, and meaningful conversations that support everyday wellbeing.

Guided by the pillars Move • Create • Heal, The Flow Fest invites people of all ages and backgrounds to experience wellness not as an individual pursuit, but as a shared, collective journey rooted in presence, joy, and connection.

Across five immersive spaces — Mind Flow, Body Flow, Heart Space, Little Flow, and the Flow Market — attendees can enjoy free sessions, discover conscious brands, and experience nourishing food at the Flow Café.

Please note: Entry to Dubai Creek Park is subject to a Dubai Municipality park fee of AED 5 per person, payable at the gate. This is separate from your Flow Fest ticket
